VISIBLE GRACE by Lewis John Carlino

Dave, a successful novelist, faces a mid-life crisis with the imminent passing of his estranged daughter to breast cancer.  In a desperate attempt to find closure in their lives, he undergoes his first psychedelic session with a prominent Bay Area therapist. This healing and transformative experience brings Dave not only in touch with his own demons, but also allows him and his daughter to find peace at the end of her life.

Prior to his successful career as a screenwriter and director of feature films (The Great Santini, The Mechanic, Resurrection), Lewis John Carlino had fifteen plays produced as a well-known playwright in New York. He now returns to his lifelong love of the stage with this beautifully written play about family, forgiveness and the life-changing power of psychotropic drug therapy.
